How does this site work?

1. You submit the URL of the thing you want feedback for (e.g. your web app, photo of your new haircut).
2. You give some feedback on someone else's thing.
3. For every piece of feedback you give, you receive one piece of feedback.
4. Feedback is rated. (If you give 'great' feedback you are more likely to get feedback from someone else who gives 'great' feedback).
